We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial management and ensure compliance with company, local, state, and federal accounting regulations.
???? Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all accounting and financial regulations at company, local, state, and government levels.
???? Financial Reporting: Compile, analyze, and present financial data, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial forecasts.
???? Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
???? Auditing & Discrepancy Resolution: Conduct internal audits and resolve financial discrepancies.
???? Tax Calculation & Compliance: Compute taxes and ensure timely filing of returns.
???? Budget Preparation: Assist management in budget planning and financial forecasting.
???? Industry Updates: Stay updated with financial laws, regulations, and best practices.
???? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Required).
???? Experience: Additional education or experience in accounting is preferred.
???? Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis.
???? Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills to ensure financial accuracy.
???? Communication Skills: Ability to present financial data clearly and concisely.
