Job Overview

Lucria is seeking two dynamic and high-performing professionals to join our Revenue Team. This role provides a growth pathway towards the CRO position and involves close collaboration with the leadership team. Strong accounting knowledge, expertise in Indian taxation, and excellent communication skills will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Sales Invoicing & Client Relations

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure accurate daily sales invoicing.

✔ CRM Management & Reporting

• Keep CRM systems updated for accurate financial reporting.

✔ Collaboration & Compliance

• Work with various departments for approvals and essential financial data.
• Assist in month-end, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes.

✔ Receivables & Payables Management

• Ensure timely reconciliation and communication with stakeholders.

✔ Tax & Compliance Management

• Coordinate with tax authorities and ensure adherence to GST/TDS regulations.
• Handle cross-border transactions and related compliance.

✔ Audit Support

• Assist in internal and external audits with required documentation.

✔ Liaison Between Departments

• Act as a communication bridge between internal departments and external clients, vendors, and banks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Business, or a related field.

✔ Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and CRM software.

✔ Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
• High accuracy, efficiency, and ability to multitask.
