Company Overview

Elder Care Homecare is a private-pay homecare agency headquartered in New York, with ongoing plans for expansion. We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist (contractor) to join our remote team in Delhi, India.

Position Summary

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring timely payments, accurate recordkeeping, and effective expense management. You will work closely with internal teams and vendors, contributing to Elder Care Homecare’s mission of “Growing Stronger Together.”

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all company spend management programs ensuring full documentation and proper GL coding.

• Ensure all invoices are approved and processed before due dates with correct categorization.

• Analyze transactions using the Ramp expense management platform in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Post transactions and maintain accurate general ledger records.

• Apply new accounting policies and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• CPA Certification (Mandatory)

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a relevant accounting role

• QuickBooks Online expertise (Mandatory)

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel

• Near-fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
