Key Responsibilities:

As an Energy & Sustainability Analyst, you will:

• Collect & analyze utility bills and consumption data
• Evaluate utility rebate programs for energy savings
• Perform bin analysis and collect weather data
• Conduct measurement & verification of energy performance
• Use weather, occupancy, and utility consumption data to identify anomalies
• Research emerging energy technologies
• Analyze financial implications of energy strategies
• Conduct building load & energy analysis using DOE2 and EnergyPlus-based software
• Perform HVAC load analysis and evaluate system performance
• Assess energy-efficient lighting upgrades

Work Authorization:

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in India without requiring visa sponsorship.
