Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the transformation of airline operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis

✔ Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand business needs.
✔ Translate requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
✔ Conduct workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions with airline stakeholders to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.

2. Solution Design

✔ Work closely with product management and development teams to define scalable and innovative solutions.
✔ Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and mockups to communicate proposed solutions.

3. Stakeholder Communication

✔ Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
✔ Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.

4. Testing & Quality Assurance

✔ Develop test cases and scenarios to validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
✔ Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

5. Project Support & Implementation

✔ Provide support during project implementation, including user training and post-implementation reviews.
✔ Assist in change management activities to ensure seamless adoption of new systems.

6. Market & Domain Expertise

✔ Stay updated on airline industry trends and technological advancements.
✔ Leverage domain knowledge to advise clients on best practices and industry standards.

Educational Qualifications

???? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Experience:

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in the airline or travel technology domain.
• Proven track record in software development or implementation projects.

✅ Technical & Analytical Skills:

• Familiarity with airline operations, revenue management, pricing, or scheduling systems.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as DevOps, Service Desk, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
