Job Title: Data Analyst – E-Pharmacy

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka


About the Role

You will lead key analytical initiatives, drive automation, and work across multiple business functions to deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with excellent analytical skills, strong SQL expertise, and a passion for using data to drive business decisions.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Analysis & Automation

    • Build and automate dashboards to monitor key performance metrics.

    • Write ETL queries in SQL/Datanet platforms to extract, transform, and load data.

  2. Business Reporting & Decision Support

    • Manage Weekly Business Review (WBR) reports.

    • Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources and transform into actionable insights.

  3. Root Cause Analysis

    • Analyze and solve business problems, identifying root causes and opportunities.

  4. Metric Development

    • Design new metrics and enhance existing ones to support future business processes.

  5. Communication

    • Present findings and insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership—both verbally and in written reports.

  6. Tools & Technology

    • Work with MS Excel, Quicksight, and AWS tools like Cradle, S3, Glue, and Athena.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in:

    • Data analytics or automation

    • Capacity/operations planning or business analysis

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • SQL and data pipelining

    • MS Excel (moderate to advanced level)

  • Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R

  • Scripting experience and understanding of table joins and analytical functions.

  • Familiarity with AWS services: Cradle, S3, Glue, Athena.

  • Experience in analytics areas like Marketing, In-Stock, or Speed analysis.
