This role is for Egencia LLC, a member of the American Express Global Business Travel family.

What You’ll Do

✔ Work across Product, Technology, and Operations teams to drive execution and delivery of world-class products.
✔ Partner with technical teams to translate customer needs into scalable technology solutions.
✔ Envision business objectives and develop product roadmaps.
✔ Lead product execution from inception through deployment.
✔ Use data-driven insights to shape strategy and define clear roadmaps.
✔ Manage trade-offs, risks, and prioritization for maximum impact.
✔ Build relationships and foster transparent decision-making with diverse teams.

What We’re Looking For

???? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field OR equivalent professional experience.
???? 5+ years of software product management experience, preferably in B2B.
???? Experience in the airline industry, GDS, content aggregation, or online travel agencies is a plus.
???? Technical knowledge of Java and XML-based applications in a cloud environment.
???? Proven ability to execute and deliver products.
???? Strong understanding of Agile practices and frameworks.
???? A problem-solving mindset with a business-oriented and analytical approach.
???? Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, technical, and non-technical teams.
???? English fluency is required.

Minimum Qualifications

???? Graduates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or the BFSI domain.
???? Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
???? Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
???? Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
???? High service orientation and ability to meet stringent deadlines.
???? Decision-making ability and a results-driven approach.
