Position Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at Apple. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and with a warm, friendly attitude. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing friendly and efficient service.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot product or service issues and find effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service offerings.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Help promote our brand by maintaining a positive, professional tone in all interactions.
• Assist with other customer service-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries in a calm, professional manner.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email, chat, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a small business setting.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms or CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Shopify).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus).
