Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Equity Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in equity research, financial analysis, or a related field. This role involves conducting in-depth company, sector, and market research to support investment decisions and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Analysis:

✔ Conduct detailed financial statement analysis, assess market data and industry trends to identify investment opportunities.
✔ Evaluate companies' financial health, business models, and competitive positioning.

Financial Modelling & Valuation:

✔ Develop and maintain financial models to project future earnings, cash flows, and valuations.
✔ Apply valuation techniques such as DCF, SOTP, relative valuation, and other financial metrics.

Report Writing & Communication:

✔ Create comprehensive research reports, sector updates, and investment theses.
✔ Draft summaries and investment recommendations for stakeholders and clients.

Market Monitoring:

✔ Track industry developments, earnings reports, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic indicators.
✔ Regularly update and revise existing research reports.

Collaboration & Strategy:

✔ Work closely with lead analysts to align research insights with investment strategies.
✔ Contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Experience: Prior experience in equity research, financial analysis, or investment banking.
✔ Analytical & Financial Skills:

• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
  ✔ Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial data platforms like Visible Alpha and FactSet.
• Deep understanding of global markets and key economic indicators.
  ✔ Communication & Presentation:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  ✔ Work Culture: Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and agile environment.
