Job Summary:
Tesla is seeking dedicated and passionate educators to join our team as Home Tutors and Online Tutors for students in Thiruvananthapuram. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual or group tutoring sessions in various subjects, based on students' needs and educational levels.
• Create customized lesson plans tailored to the individual learning requirements of students.
• Provide regular feedback on student progress, identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist students with homework, exam preparation, and assignments.
• Encourage active participation and critical thinking through interactive teaching methods.
• Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with students and their families.
• Ensure that students receive clear instructions and consistent support throughout their learning journey.
• Utilize both traditional and modern educational tools to enhance the learning experience.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and tools to improve educational delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, any subject related to teaching, or equivalent experience.
• Strong command of the subject(s) you intend to teach.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Patience and empathy towards students with varying learning abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple students and lessons.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms (for online tutor positions).
• Previous tutoring experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Experience:

• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience in remote teaching or using online tools is beneficial for online tutoring roles.

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours with the ability to set your own schedule.
• Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
