Role Overview:

As an Intelligence Analyst, you'll be a part of the International Monitoring Center, delivering critical, real-time information and support to our global client base. Your role involves tracking and analyzing global risk events, reporting findings, and supporting clients through direct interaction and operational contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor a wide range of real-time, open-source risk events

• Analyze threats and potential impacts, providing timely and accurate reports to clients

• Make quick, informed decisions regarding incident reporting

• Implement and follow operational procedures

• Respond to customer inquiries and manage professional communication

• Escalate issues appropriately within the organization

• Participate in special projects and additional operational support tasks

• Uphold Everbridge’s mission and core values in all duties

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

• Strong awareness of current events and world affairs

• Advanced analytical, research, and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to manage large volumes of information and prioritize tasks under pressure

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Experience with open-source and social media research tools

• Flexible to work in varied shifts including weekends and holidays
