Overview

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Bommasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting Operations: Assist in daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and record maintenance.
• Payment Processing: Process payments, verify financial transactions, and reconcile bank statements.
• Invoice Management: Prepare and manage invoices for clients and vendors.
• Accounts Management: Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and tax filings.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Tax Filing: Handle GST, TDS, and other legal filings as per regulations.
• Audit Support: Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors when needed.
• Documentation: Maintain proper documentation and filing for all financial transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Count, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other legal compliances.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
