As a KYC Charity Analyst, you will be a key member of our Due Diligence Team, ensuring that our clients engage only with reputable charities and not-for-profit organizations. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the UK Due Diligence Team and contribute to the increasing demand for our corporate philanthropy solutions.
???? Verify that suggested organizations meet strict due diligence requirements before being added to the charity database.
???? Maintain and update the charity database, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
???? Check for errors and maintain data quality.
???? Analyze complex information about charities and non-profits following internal guidelines.
???? Communicate with clients to request additional information for due diligence.
???? Identify and propose improvements to due diligence processes.
???? Help define and document best practices and internal procedures.
Essential Requirements
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in an office/administrative environment.
✅ Strong research and data analysis skills.
✅ Exceptional attention to detail – ability to spot errors quickly.
✅ Highly organized and efficient – capable of managing large volumes of work.
✅ Ability to follow internal guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.
✅ Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
✅ Strong problem-solving abilities – ability to analyze data and draw logical conclusions.
✅ Computer proficiency – familiar with Word, Excel, Gmail, and other Office tools.
✅ Passion for due diligence and investigative work.
Desirable Skills
➕ Previous compliance experience is a plus.
➕ Multilingual abilities (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese) are advantageous.
