Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. This role will require a mix of lead generation through various online platforms, client acquisition, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients on platforms such as Fiverr, Freelancer, Upwork, and LinkedIn.
• Sales and Deals: Close sales for eCommerce, web development, and mobile application services.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Marketing Support: Contribute to PPC campaigns, SEO, and social media strategies to generate inbound leads.
• Networking: Attend industry events, webinars, and partnerships to expand the company's network.
• Reporting: Track sales progress using CRM tools and report on key performance metrics.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales/business development (preferred), especially in IT or software services.
• Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, and Freelancer for client acquisition.
• Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of eCommerce, web development, and mobile application services.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience in digital marketing (PPC, SEO) is a plus
• Language: Proficiency in English (preferred)
