Job Description

This role involves handling both Outpatient and Inpatient billing, along with Pharmacy billing responsibilities at the healthcare center.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Financial Operations:

1. Prepare treatment estimates as prescribed by the doctor.

2. Print invoices and collect cash or payments for medicines and therapies as prescribed.

3. Perform end-to-end patient billing at the center.

4. Help patients complete necessary treatment forms and applications.

5. Collect billing and insurance information from patients.

6. Provide patients and internal departments with accurate billing information.

7. Prepare and share daily revenue reports with the leadership team.

Pharmacy & Medication Management:

1. Disburse medicines as per physician’s prescription, ensuring clear instructions are provided to the patient.

2. Prepare medicines using correct dosages and materials when appropriate.

3. Organize the pharmacy for easy and efficient product identification.

4. Maintain strict inventory control for both Inpatient and Outpatient medicines.

5. Review stock levels regularly and create Purchase Orders proactively to avoid stockouts.

6. Coordinate with the physician to manage near-expiry stocks, minimizing waste and losses.

Experience:

• Total work experience: 3 years (Preferred)

• Work Location: On-site (In person)
