✨ About the Role

Disney Star is seeking an experienced Security Analyst II (Governance, Risk, and Compliance - GRC) to support cybersecurity initiatives, third-party risk management, compliance, and cloud governance. This is a remote role, allowing flexibility while working on cutting-edge cybersecurity frameworks.

???? Key Responsibilities

Third-Party Risk Management

✅ Conduct third-party due diligence assessments.
✅ Coordinate with vendors and business stakeholders.
✅ Maintain and monitor KPIs for third-party risks.
✅ Document responses, findings, and remediation plans.

Risk Management & Compliance

✅ Collect, monitor, and maintain cybersecurity risk metrics.
✅ Create dynamic dashboards to visualize risk domains and trends.
✅ Schedule reporting insights and updates for leaders and teams.
✅ Support NIST CSF & ISO 27001 compliance through automated monitoring.
✅ Manage the risk register and automate processes where possible.

Cloud Governance (Cloud Centre of Excellence - CCoE)

✅ Review cloud operations and compliance regularly.
✅ Ensure cloud security best practices and accountability.
✅ Assist in implementing policies, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms.

???? Qualifications & Experience

???? Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
???? Experience:
✔ 3-5 years in Third-Party Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or Compliance.
✔ Minimum 2 years in risk, audit, or compliance roles.
✔ Preferred background in a large company or Big 4 firm.
???? Certifications (Preferred):
✔ CISA, CRISC, ISO27001 LA/LI, CISSP, CCSSP.
✔ AI/ML and Cloud FinOps experience is a plus.

???? Skills for Success

???? Stakeholder management & communication skills.
???? Working knowledge of ISO 2700x, SOC 2, SSAE 16/18.
???? Basic Cloud Security knowledge.
???? Risk assessment methodologies (qualitative/quantitative).
???? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
