Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze & monitor the liquefaction and fermentation processes at distillery plants.
• Conduct product trials at clients’ distillery plants.
• Investigate and troubleshoot fermentation process issues.
• Monitor alcohol production and the performance of Catalysts products.
• Recommend enzyme and yeast solutions based on process requirements.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for distillery clients regarding fermentation processes.
• Collect and report fermentation process data to the technical team.
• Work closely with R&D teams on new product development and process improvements.
• Send samples for R&D/Lab analysis every fortnight and maintain a complete database of process data.
• Stay updated and adapt to new enzyme industry technologies.
• Travel as required for trial runs and troubleshooting.

Candidate Requirements

✔ Experience: Minimum 1 year in fermentation or distillery-related processes.
✔ Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of fermentation and liquefaction processes.
• Ability to analyze process performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Effective reporting and data management.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new enzyme technologies.
  ✔ Eligibility:
• Only candidates based in East and South India are eligible to apply.
