We're Hiring: District Program Head – GOYN, Bhubaneswar

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: National Program Head – GOYN
Tenure: 1 year (renewable based on performance & funding)
Experience Required: 8–10 years (preferably across development & corporate sectors)

About the GOYN Program:

GOYN is a global movement working to unlock economic potential for Opportunity Youth . In Bhubaneswar, LCF will anchor GOYN’s expansion by fostering ecosystem-wide collaboration to improve training, employment, and entrepreneurial opportunities for youth.

Role Overview:

As District Program Head – GOYN Bhubaneswar, you will be the strategic and operational lead driving program implementation, stakeholder engagement, and youth empowerment. You’ll lead a dedicated team, oversee ecosystem partnerships, and shape Bhubaneswar’s Opportunity Youth narrative through impactful, systems-level change.

This is a leadership role for someone who can think strategically, act collaboratively, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Strategic Program Leadership:

• Build the GOYN brand across Bhubaneswar
• Lead strategic planning, execution, and risk management
• Align all activities with national GOYN goals and targets

B. Ecosystem Engagement & Partnerships:

• Build strong cross-sector relationships with government, private sector, skilling orgs, NGOs
• Facilitate ecosystem mapping and collaborative action
• Support partner onboarding, documentation, and communication

C. Monitoring, Reporting & Data:

• Oversee project performance using results-based frameworks
• Prepare reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) with progress and financial data
• Guide development of the Youth Well-Being Index and related surveys

D. Youth Engagement:

• Champion youth leadership through Youth Advisory Group (YAG)
• Manage the Youth Innovation Fund and guide youth-led solutions
• Mobilize youth for volunteering, community action, and brand advocacy

E. Team Leadership:

• Lead a team of 7–8 members, conduct reviews, and enable growth
• Identify skill gaps and conduct training/capacity-building sessions
• Ensure alignment, collaboration, and morale across team members

Who We’re Looking For:

A. Educational Background:
Postgraduate in Social Work, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a related field

B. Experience & Skills:

• 8–10 years of program leadership in development/corporate sectors
• Track record in stakeholder management and systems thinking
• Strong project execution, data analysis, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Odia
• Proficient with Google Workspace and MS Office
• Empathetic, mission-driven leader with a collaborative spirit
