Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct classroom training on programming languages and technologies.
✅ Assign and evaluate coursework, tests, and projects.
✅ Provide one-on-one assistance & mentoring to students.
✅ Ensure course curriculum is up-to-date with industry standards.
✅ Collaborate with fellow trainers and course developers to create new training materials.
✅ Maintain accurate student records & progress reports.
✅ Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
✅ Stay updated with the latest trends in web & mobile technologies.
✅ Participate in faculty meetings & professional development programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT Trainer.
✔ Strong expertise in Python, web programming languages, and related technologies.
✔ Experience working with databases like MySQL.
✔ Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
✔ Passion for teaching and mentoring students toward career success.
✔ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
✔ Technical skills may vary as per requirement.
