Job Summary

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in German language and have at least 1 year of experience in any German process. Freshers with excellent German skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries and provide support in German language.
✔ Issue Resolution: Assist clients with inquiries related to travel, hospitality, and airline services.
✔ Process Management: Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
✔ Target Achievement: Meet service-level goals to maintain high-quality customer satisfaction.

Eligibility & Skills Required

✅ Proficiency in German language (spoken & written).
✅ Experience: 0-6 years (preferably in a German process).
✅ Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
✅ Strong communication & customer service skills.
✅ Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.

Work Schedule & Benefits

???? Shift Timings: 11 AM – 7 PM
???? Fixed Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)
???? Location: Delhi, Haryana
???? Salary: ₹4,00,000 - ₹5,00,000 per year
