• Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for Chiller Systems
• Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for AHU Systems
• Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for Pump Systems
• Control and Monitoring of Systems
• Breakdown and Shutdown Support
• PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) Support
• Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of work performed
• Performance Improvement: Recommend maintenance for improved system performance
• HVAC Troubleshooting and Diagnostics
• Work Allocation: Assign tasks to subordinate technicians
• Ventilation and Heat Load Calculations
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen customer connections
• Budget Management: Oversee and manage project budgets
• Equipment Selection: Perform equipment selection for projects
