????️ Role Overview

As a M365 Technical Advisor, you will provide expert technical guidance and support to customers during their Microsoft 365 trial phase, helping them fully utilize their subscriptions and transition to long-term use.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Respond to M365 support tickets via chat and phone

• Troubleshoot issues related to setup, domain registration, Office downloads, and feature usage

• Offer technical consultations tailored to business or personal needs

• Encourage customers to utilize all M365 workloads

• Drive adoption of perpetual subscriptions, increased license purchases, and usage

• Document issues and customer interactions effectively

• Guide users through M365 feature implementations and best practices

???? Required Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft 365 advisory or technical implementation

• Strong understanding of Microsoft migrations

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 architecture and troubleshooting

• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills

• Certifications preferred (but not mandatory):

  • MVP, MCT, MCSA, MCSE

• RAVE experience is a plus

• Teams-compliant microphone/headset with noise cancellation

• Webcam (Windows Hello-compatible preferred)
