About the Role

Graph Softech is seeking a Part-Time Content Editor to create and refine compelling content across the technology, travel, and finance industries. This remote position offers flexibility and allows experienced content professionals to contribute to an innovative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and edit written content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and style.
• Ensure adherence to Chicago Manual Style guidelines.
• Fact-check information and verify sources.
• Collaborate with writers and team members to enhance content quality.
• Suggest revisions for improved readability and flow.
• Proofread final drafts for spelling, punctuation, and syntax errors.
• Maintain consistent tone, style, and formatting across various documents.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a content editor or copy editor.
• Strong command of English and exceptional writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other word processing software.
• Experience in proposal writing, research, journalism, and technical writing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot grammatical errors.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with various style guides.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS).
• Experience with proofreading symbols and markup language.
