Full Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. You will work closely with internal teams to align content with company goals and target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Create and edit engaging social media posts tailored to our audience.
✅ Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on audience behavior.
✅ Select and integrate compelling images and videos to complement the text.
✅ Update social media channels with company news, events, open jobs, and product releases.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional posts.
✅ Track and report social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates).
✅ Implement advertising strategies such as promotions and contests to increase brand awareness.
✅ Respond to questions and comments on social media in a timely and accurate manner.
✅ Network with clients and industry professionals.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
✔ Proven experience (2+ years) in content writing for social media platforms.
✔ Strong written communication skills in Hindi and English (Preferred).
✔ Ability to create engaging and creative content tailored to different social media channels.
✔ Experience with social media management tools.
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
✔ Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
