Role: Copywriter

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to craft engaging, impactful, and conversion-driven content across multiple platforms. If you're passionate about storytelling, have a flair for persuasive writing, and thrive in a fast-paced environment—this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

???? Content Creation & Strategy:

• Understand campaign requirements and create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.

• Craft compelling copy for app communication channels, including notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, emails, and landing pages.

• Write persuasive copy for ATL/BTL campaigns such as OOH, brochures, and advertisements.

• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive audience growth and engagement across platforms.

• Create blog content that builds thought leadership and drives website traffic.

???? Creative Thinking & Execution:

• Collaborate with designers to bring ideas to life through creative storytelling.

• Ensure a consistent brand voice and tone across all communication channels.

• Generate innovative campaign ideas that foster long-term brand engagement.

???? Research & Accuracy:

• Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance in all written content.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance content effectiveness.

???? Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver content that aligns with business goals.

• Effectively communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct manner.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.

• 2+ years of proven copywriting experience in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Ability to craft copy that drives engagement and conversions.

• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Multilingual proficiency – fluency in Hindi, Kannada, or Tamil (at least one language required).

• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
