Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships through cold calling

• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services

• Develop strategic plans to source and grow business opportunities

• Manage the entire sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure

• Conduct meetings with key decision-makers (Directors, Chairpersons, Principals of educational institutions)

• Plan and execute client acquisition strategies based on assigned targets

• Follow up with prospective clients, handle objections, and close deals effectively

• Support customer retention, training, up-selling, and brand building initiatives
