Designation: Senior Salesforce Platform Technical Lead / Architect

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Certifications: Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Core Platform taking full ownership of Salesforce Orgs and environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD).

Office Location: Indiranagar (Bangalore, Karnataka) – Remote Work mode (Work from Home)

Working Hours: US(_CST_) Working Hours: IST (3 PM - 12 AM / 2 PM - 11 PM) - depending on daylight saving.

Start Date:ASAP (Urgent requirement to manage and maintain the production environment)

Job Role: As a Senior Salesforce Tech Lead / Architect, you will take full ownership of the Salesforce platform for the client, acting not just as an implementer but as a trusted advisor and consultant. You will manage multiple Salesforce environments, lead technical development, and support initiatives while also mentoring and potentially building a team under you. This is a hands-on role requiring technical excellence, leadership, and a consultative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Salesforce platform across various groups.
• Provide advisory and consulting expertise to the client.
• Take full ownership of Salesforce Orgs and environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD).
• Build and lead a team of 3–4 Salesforce professionals.
• Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and implement new features.
• Lead change set ownership and CI/CD deployment practices.
• Drive Salesforce best practices across all implementations.
• Engage with customers proactively and lead solutioning efforts

Required Skills:

• Salesforce configuration: objects, fields, record types, page layouts, profiles.
• Salesforce automation tools: Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes.
• Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules.
• SOQL, SOSL, Apex triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce (basic dev).
• Experience with Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
• CI/CD processes including change set promotion.
• Salesforce data tools: Data Loader, Import Wizard, Reports.
• Familiarity with Salesforce release cycles and testing new features.
• Salesforce APIs and integration with third-party tools and middleware.
• Experience with AppExchange and managed packages.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Experience Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise-level architecture.
• Background in managing complex business processes and integrations.
• Ability to advise clients on strategic platform decisions.
• Experience in a consulting or advisory role.
