Key Responsibilities

Employment Law & Policy Application

  • Apply employment law and BP policies to resolve complex, sensitive, and exceptional inquiries, complaints, and incidents with judgment and compassion.

Employee Support & Coaching

  • Participate in live interactions with employees to assist the team.
  • Coach People Care Advisors to improve the employee experience and foster their professional growth.

Case & Inquiry Management

  • Utilize customer relationship management tools to apply best practices in case management.
  • Work closely with business partners and centers of expertise to manage inquiries, complaints, and incidents effectively.

Data Insights & Process Improvement

  • Analyze trends and insights to enhance knowledge base, team performance, training, and processes.
  • Use Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies to optimize local and global HR practices.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Represent the Employee Advisory team within PC&C’s internal network.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Policy & Quality Management

  • Maintain internal knowledge bases and develop resources to support HR practices.
  • Lead quality assurance and policy management initiatives to enhance team experience and service standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

Degree from a university or equivalent work experience
2–5 years in a shared services HR environment
✔ At least 1 year of coaching experience (preferred)
✔ Experience as an HR practitioner or generalist
✔ Proven ability to navigate a tiered support model

Skills & Competencies

Customer Service & Problem-Solving

  • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving approach
  • Uses common sense and judgment to find effective solutions

Technical & Analytical Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong numeracy and analytical thinking to interpret data and support decisions

Communication & Collaboration

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with business and HR teams

Adaptability & Leadership

  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Works well in a fast-changing business environment
  • Proven success in managing large-scale projects or programs

Additional Details

Travel Requirement – Up to 10% travel may be required.
