Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing hospital marketing campaigns (both online and offline).
• Coordinate with doctors, departments, and service units to promote new treatments, health check packages, and events.
• Plan and organize health camps, awareness drives, and community outreach programs.
• Maintain and update the hospital’s website and social media platforms with relevant and engaging content.
• Liaise with media agencies, vendors, and creative teams to produce promotional materials.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM reports, etc.
• Handle patient feedback, manage referral programs, and support patient relationship management initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, lead generation, and patient footfall.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality marketing.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, MS Office, and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare trends and patient behavior is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
