Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products

• Maintain and follow up with a list of potential leads

• Build strong customer relationships for satisfaction and retention

• Update and manage customer information in the database

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree

• Languages: Fluent in Hindi & English (multi-language speaking preferred)

• Experience: Prior experience in a telecaller or similar sales role is required

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Must be capable of closing sales with effective persuasion
