Key Responsibilities

???? Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement strategic plans for film, television, and digital media projects.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution.

???? Project Management

• Collaborate with producers, directors, and crew members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Make key creative decisions regarding project development, production, and post-production.

???? Compliance & Industry Standards

• Ensure projects adhere to laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Represent the project and company at festivals, premieres, and industry events.

Requirements

✅ Experience: 2+ years in film, television, or digital media production & executive management.
✅ Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of production management, finance, and marketing.
✅ Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Work Ethic: Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
