Salary: ₹10,296.41 - ₹54,775.07 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Design exclusive western fashion collections, focusing on embroidery, silks, and Indian prints for both men and women.
• Research current trends, materials, and techniques, integrating this knowledge into the design process.
• Collaborate with artisans, tailors, and other designers to bring diverse cultural techniques and perspectives into the collections.
• Lead the design process from initial concept through to finished product, including drawing, fabric selection, and sample creation.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand’s sustainability goals, using recycled materials and maintaining ethical labor practices.
• Present design concepts and samples to the management team, refining collections based on their feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable materials to maintain the brand’s competitive edge.
• Create technical design packs for production, ensuring all specifications are accurate and clear.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for new collections, focusing on the story behind the design and production process.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Fluent in Hindi and English.
• Proven ability to conceptualize and design a cohesive, themed clothing line.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Experience:

• 3+ years of total work experience (Preferred).
• 4+ years in fashion design (Preferred).
