Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and innovative designs for various platforms, including websites, social media, advertisements, and print materials.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and deliver creative solutions.
• Develop branding, logos, and marketing materials that align with client objectives and brand identity.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Revise and refine designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to ensure fresh and creative outputs.
• Provide regular updates to the project manager regarding project status and milestones.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Design Principles: Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Digital and Print Design: Experience in creating designs for both mediums.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Independence: Ability to work with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous creative design work.

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Previous experience working remotely or in a freelance capacity is a plus.
• Experience designing for multiple platforms, such as websites, mobile applications, and social media, is preferred.

Working Hours
