As a YouTube Video Editor, you will be at the forefront of crafting engaging and dynamic content across our YouTube channels, ensuring that our videos meet top-tier industry standards. Your storytelling, creativity, and editing expertise will be key in creating awe-inspiring content.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for editing high-quality content for our three YouTube channels:

1. David Laroche FR (+859k subscribers)

2. Paradox Sans Filtre (+69.7K subscribers)

3. Paradox Business (+133k subscribers)

4. Paradox Unfiltered (+107K subscribers)

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Edit one authoritative educational face cam video per month for David Laroche FR, integrating music, animations, and B-rolls.

• Edit two expert/celebrity interviews monthly for Paradox Sans Filtre and one CEO/expert interview for Paradox Business, ensuring smooth audio mixes and seamless multi-cam footage.

• Create Hollywood-style trailers to entice viewers.

• Brainstorm and bring proactive, original ideas to improve content.

• Adhere to Netflix or cinema-level quality standards to maintain our commitment to excellence.

Do You Recognize Yourself?

Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years of YouTube video editing experience.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of DaVinci Resolve & After Effects is a plus).

• Experience editing both long-form and short-form content.

• Motion design and animation expertise (bonus points if you're eager to refine these skills!).

Personality:

• Detail-Oriented – ensuring flawless final cuts with animations and transitions.

• Creative Genius – a natural storyteller who can captivate audiences.

• Deadline Warrior – adept at managing projects efficiently.

• Problem Solver – thrives in fast-paced environments and can navigate challenges.

Language Requirements:

• French: Native

• English: Fluent

• English is our primary written communication language (currently 10% of the team is English-speaking, and this percentage is growing).
