Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring that HR initiatives contribute to organizational success.
  • Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies. Oversee workforce planning efforts to meet business needs.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development programs that enhance managerial capabilities across the organization.
  • Organizational Development: Lead organizational change initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Leverage data-driven insights to assess HR effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend improvements to HR strategies.
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, providing guidance on regulatory compliance matters.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching to managers and leaders, helping them build high-performing teams and improve their leadership skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or HR business partner role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders, managing complex HR issues and driving business results.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Conflict Resolution: Proven experience managing employee relations and resolving conflicts effectively.

Experience

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR management or related roles, including experience in talent management, employee relations, and strategic HR planning.
  • Prior experience in a senior HR business partner or HR leadership role is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth organization is a distinct advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours, including the potential for hybrid working arrangements.
  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings or team-building events.
