Job Responsibilities:

✔ Travel Itinerary Planning: Create detailed travel plans based on client preferences.
✔ Bookings & Reservations: Arrange transportation, accommodations, and other travel services.
✔ Travel Information: Provide clients with destination details, travel advisories, and itinerary updates.
✔ Policy Compliance: Ensure all travel arrangements align with company policies and client requirements.
✔ Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and promptly resolve any travel-related issues.
✔ Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure the best rates and services.
✔ Record Management: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer communications.
✔ Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ For Freshers:

• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Travel Management, or any related field.
• Strong customer service skills and passion for travel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems.

✅ For Experienced Candidates:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel-related role.
• Strong knowledge of travel booking software and global destinations.
• Expertise in customer service, itinerary planning, and problem-solving.

✅ Preferred Skills:

• Fluency in Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Negotiation & critical thinking skills for resolving travel-related issues.
• Passion for travel and customer satisfaction.
