Key Responsibilities:

• Project Implementation:
  Lead the implementation of contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions with a focus on timely, high-quality delivery.

• Customer Engagement:
  Collect and analyze client requirements, maintain continuous communication to ensure smooth project execution.

• Demonstrations & Presentations:
  Conduct product demos, present features to clients, and support them in understanding newly introduced functionalities.

• Problem Solving:
  Identify and resolve potential obstacles to project success, enhancing the overall customer experience.

• Post-Project Support:
  Provide ongoing support for maintenance, configuration updates, and feature rollouts following project delivery.

• Collaboration:
  Coordinate with internal teams and secure necessary resources to ensure seamless implementation.

• Documentation:
  Draft detailed project scopes, timelines, and effort estimates for clear alignment and approval from all stakeholders.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM):
  Hands-on experience with Icertis CLM or similar contract management platforms.

• Customer Relationship Management:
  Proven ability to manage customer relationships, particularly within software/technology settings.

• Communication & Collaboration:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Problem-Solving:
  Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues during project delivery.

• Technical Acumen:
  Solid IT background with understanding of software systems, configuration, and technical collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Functional Consultant or Customer Relationship Advisor.

• Proven expertise in implementing and managing CLM software (e.g., Icertis).

• Preferred Certifications:

  • Icertis Certified CLM Consultant

  • Icertis Certified CLM Professional
