We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing & Customer Service Resource. If you are passionate about travel, customer service, and marketing, this role is perfect for you!
✅ Customer Engagement: Be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
✅ Travel Assistance: Assist with travel bookings and reservations, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
✅ Relationship Management: Build trust and loyalty by effectively communicating and solving customer concerns.
✅ Data Management: Use Google Sheets for tracking data, conducting online research, and contacting guests.
✅ Feedback & Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing and service quality.
✅ Industry Awareness: Stay updated on travel trends and destinations to enhance customer interactions.
