???? Assist customers with a friendly and empathetic approach, actively listening to their concerns
???? Investigate and resolve complaints by identifying root causes and escalating when necessary
???? Maintain product and service knowledge to provide accurate information
???? Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
???? Document customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping
???? Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics to enhance the customer experience
