Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce & Ads Management

✔ Manage Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other e-commerce platforms
✔ Oversee Amazon Seller Central & e-commerce portal operations
✔ Handle reconciliation, returns management, and fulfillment compliance

2. Sales & Performance Optimization

✔ Drive online sales growth through Key Account Relationship Management
✔ Optimize inventory and pricing across various portals
✔ Ensure timely compliance and shipment fulfillment

3. Digital Marketing & Campaigns

✔ Manage Facebook Ads & Google Shopping Ads to maximize conversions
✔ Work closely with graphic designers & interns for campaign execution
✔ Analyze consumer behavior and create effective email marketing campaigns

4. International E-Commerce Expansion

✔ Enroll and manage products on international e-commerce portals
✔ Monitor website products, pricing, and technical issues

Qualifications & Experience

???? Education: No specific degree requirement, but relevant experience is essential
???? Experience:
✔ 1+ years of experience in E-Commerce Management (Required)
✔ Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Ads, & online sales

???? Skills Required:
✔ Strong knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart advertising
✔ Experience in inventory management & order fulfillment
✔ Understanding of digital marketing strategies
✔ Ability to analyze & improve e-commerce sales performance
✔ Excellent coordination & communication skills
