Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to drive company sales and contribute to our growth. This role involves developing marketing strategies, implementing sales plans, maintaining customer relations, and analyzing sales performance.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Successful candidates will create customer-centric strategies aligned with modern consumer trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Implementation:

  • Contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies.

  • Conduct market research to analyze competitor products and industry trends.

  • Design and implement marketing plans for company products.

• Sales Execution & Client Management:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted strategies.

  • Address client inquiries regarding product specifications and applications.

  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships for long-term engagement.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor sales data to ensure alignment with company targets.

  • Create and deliver sales performance reports.

• Media Coordination & Promotion:

  • Coordinate with media representatives and sponsors for promotional activities.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of modern marketing techniques and commercial trends.

  • High-level communication and networking skills.

  • Project management proficiency and ability to deliver under pressure.

  • Passion for sales and customer engagement.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Benefits
