???? About the Role:

As an OE / Sr. OE, you will manage operations for assigned service areas within the branch. You will be responsible for technician deployment, training, quality of service, and customer satisfaction across Residential, SA, and SME accounts.

???? Job Responsibilities:

A. Core Operations

• Ensure trained & certified technicians are always available.

• Conduct 10-minute daily safety & instruction briefings.

• Monitor and troubleshoot SCP device usage.

• Ensure documentation and partner kits are updated and audit-ready.

• Implement and ensure compliance with service SOPs and safety rules.

• Conduct 15+ customer visits/week for audits, ride-alongs, complaint handling, etc.

• Ensure usage of APL (Approved Preparations List) products and materials.

• Oversee equipment maintenance and stock management.

• Approve conveyance and maintain technician grooming standards.

B. Advanced Operations

• Conduct Pest Management Inspections (PMI) and Technician Performance Assessments (TPAs).

• Resolve service delivery issues and customer complaints.

• Analyze and reduce technician complaint rates (<3 per month).

• Ensure closure of internal/external audit non-conformities.

• Manage inventory and track material usage as per SRF, SOW, and cost sheet.

• Monitor service efficiency, productivity, and input costs.

• Drive service leads and technician performance within the service area.

• Handle technician grievances and IR issues.

• ✅ 100% PMI Pest Audits completion.

• ✅ Meet material consumption targets.

• ✅ 100% TPA and development plan completion.

• ✅ Maintain low technician complaint rate (<3/month).

• ✅ Ensure 100% of technicians are trained and certified.

• ✅ Score >90% in online self-assessments.

???? Requirements:

Education:

• B.Sc. in Chemistry, Zoology, or Agriculture (minimum)

Skills:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

• Knowledge of pest control processes, chemicals, and tools

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability to learn and navigate internal systems (iCABS, myRentokilPCI, U+, etc.)
