About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment with a short sales cycle. This role plays a key part in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making multiple calls daily, working with channel partners, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

???? Generate new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and inbound lead follow-up
???? Understand customer needs and requirements to offer the right solutions
???? Route qualified leads to appropriate sales executives for further closure
???? Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
???? Conduct thorough account research to identify key decision-makers
???? Maintain and expand the prospect database within assigned accounts
???? Deliver effective online demos for high-value customers

Requirements

✔ Strong phone presence and experience in making multiple sales calls daily
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Strong listening and presentation abilities
✔ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
