Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
• Manage and lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Oversee lead generation activities and analyze sales data.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Use Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities.

Experience & Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical sales, technology sales, or related field.
• Demonstrated success in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with both inside and outside sales methods.
• Ability to manage territories effectively.
• Experience in market analysis and identifying potential learning opportunities.
