About the Role

As a Marketing Operations Administrator at OSTTRA India, you will play a vital role in supporting marketing campaigns, events, and operational tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and attention to detail to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

The OSTTRA Technology Team is composed of Capital Markets Technology professionals who develop and maintain high-performance applications supporting global financial markets. Our platforms process over 100 million messages daily, ensuring seamless post-trade processes and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, digital ads).
  • Manage and develop marketing databases while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials (print collateral, digital assets, promotional items).
  • Assist in logistics and planning for events and trade shows, including venue research, branding, and scheduling.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and project plans to ensure timely execution.
  • Generate reports and analyze marketing performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and organizing files.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements within the marketing function.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in marketing operations or a similar role (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across departments.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on challenges.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
