???? Position Overview: Political Field Executive

We are hiring Political Field Executives who will play a critical role in planning, strategizing, and executing on-ground election campaigns and political initiatives. You’ll work at the grassroots level, coordinate between multiple internal teams, and engage with party leadership to drive campaign success.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Act as a supervisor and coordinator for field surveys, tele-calling, and ground reporting teams

• Conduct on-ground political campaign execution, strategy formulation, and operational support

• Interact with party leadership, candidates, and workers

• Perform primary research and grassroots data collection

• Represent the political office at internal/external meetings

• Support in briefing, documentation, and agenda creation

• Coordinate with teams in digital media, analytics, strategic research, and supply chain

• Draft articles and content under guidance

• Plan and manage political group events, conferences, and seminars

???? Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in political fieldwork or election surveys

• Fluency in English/Hindi and local language (where applicable)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritize effectively

• Working knowledge of tele-calling and ground data collection

• Up-to-date with current political news and affairs

• Critical thinking and high ethical standards

• Organized and detail-oriented
