Role Overview: Product Manager

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager to help solve critical challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.

This cross-functional leadership role will require close collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Credit, and Customer Success to drive product innovation and business growth.

Your Impact

• Own the entire product lifecycle and roadmap from ideation to execution
• Leverage data-driven insights to make strategic decisions
• Enhance the customer journey, from lead generation to loan disbursement
• Champion the customer voice, ensuring their needs shape product development
• Implement quick iterations on front-end and customer touchpoints to align with market trends
• Drive rapid A/B testing and experiments to validate hypotheses
• Analyze product feasibility, build business cases, and influence stakeholders
• Transform complex ideas into actionable strategies

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech.
• Experience:
  • 4+ years in a Product or Growth role
  • Proven track record of scaling customer-facing businesses
• Technical & Analytical Tools:
  • Experience with Clevertap, Mixpanel, MoEngage, Google Analytics, WhatsApp Business APIs (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced level)
