???? Education: Graduation / Post Graduation (any discipline)

Key Responsibilities

✅ Drive business growth by acquiring and managing new accounts across various sectors.
✅ Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets within the digital advertising ecosystem.
✅ Develop business plans and strategies for long-term growth.
✅ Create and deliver high-impact presentations to CXOs, media planners, and top decision-makers.
✅ Prepare compelling proposals and cost estimations using Excel.
✅ Maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies, providing regular feedback to the product team.
✅ Stay up to date with Oneindia’s product and tech developments.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams (Client Servicing, Operations, Commercials) for campaign execution.

Required Skills

✔ Proven experience in Programmatic Sales
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✔ Confident presentation abilities
✔ Analytical and Excel proficiency for costing and proposals
✔ Familiarity with media planning, ad-tech, and marketing teams is a plus
