Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and track comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor strategies.
• Campaign Management: Create and manage engaging marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (digital, social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (product, customer service, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales and marketing performance, including actionable insights for improvement.
• Brand Development: Contribute to the development of the company brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
• Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new marketing techniques, and emerging technologies to optimize marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and creating impactful marketing strategies.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (social media, Google Ads, email campaigns, etc.).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and deliver presentations.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Project Management: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a B2B sales or marketing environment.
• Expertise in content marketing, SEO, and lead generation strategies.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) for creating marketing materials.
• Fluency in multiple languages (especially relevant to your market).
