We are currently looking for Sales/Customer Service Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, experience with American clients is a plus, and should be result-oriented and passionate about exceeding expectations through outstanding phone-based service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
  • Answer calls, provide customer service with empathy and understanding.
  • Book appointments via phone.
  • Handle inbound service and outbound sales calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Handle various topics with a focus on client needs and provide solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and timely completion of work.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by going the extra mile.
  • Meet individual/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Resolve customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support office administrative tasks and manage IT-related support including backups and updates.
  • Generate leads, make cold calls, and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Update client databases and maintain sales records.
  • Identify potential products to add to the offerings.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • 2+ years in a global voice process (preferably dealing with American clients).
  • 1+ year of cold calling and lead generation.
  • 5+ years of total work experience.
• Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Education:
  • Minimum Graduate (preferably with a diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
